Impulsus devotes itself to linking result-oriented ways of working sustainably to a positive work experience. The resource used for doing so is CiEP, an inspiring work philosophy, that has been developed with the goal of continuously and systematically creating the conditions for the realization of partnership, inspiring quality and results in an office environment, at both the personal and the organizational level. Consultancy and Coaching

Two main structures can be distinguished in the implementation of CiEP: CiEP as a management instrument and CiEP as an individual coaching program. Our consultants support the application of CiEP as a management model. This application affects the organization at every desired level: administrative, management and executive. Our coaches are able to get individual employees to start working together consciously in a positive manner. A coaching program is generally implemented at departmental level.

Lasting results

In creating the CMS Standard and the CPMS Standard, Impulsus has made it possible to test in full how people work according to CiEP principles. These easily used certification systems ensure that CiEP is tangible and lasting. Certification in accordance with these standards, recognized by the Accreditation Agency, contributes to assuring inspiring results and effective leadership.
