In the Impulsus vision, leadership is primarily concerned with being an inspiring example. That means that the manager or supervisor has to be aware of a second choice. Apart from ‘works well/does not work’, there is also the question ‘Does it create energy, yes or no?’. And not only for myself, but also around me? To constantly be an inspirational leader demands something from the person involved that only a few people naturally possess. Most managers and directors could use some support in that area to a greater or lesser extent.

CPMS and CMS

The Impulsus consultants provide managers and supervisors with that support from within the CiEP program. As an individual a manager can strengthen his or her role by making use of the CPMS toolbox. CPMS stands for CiEP Personal Management System. This provides a blueprint for inspirational functioning as a leader, complete with test criteria and the possibility of becoming certified. At organizational level, the manager can make use of the CiEP Management System (CMS). With this the organization can be tested (and possibly certified) on conditions in relation to conscious and results-oriented working.
